Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat was created for the Van Gogh Museum × Pokémon collaboration in Amsterdam in 2023, reimagining Pikachu in the style of Van Gogh's Self-Portrait with Grey Felt Hat. Distribution of the promo at the museum was halted within days as demand overwhelmed the site, and it has been the defining modern promo ever since. This is the English SVP 085 print. In PSA 10 (Gem Mint) the card is essentially flawless under magnification.
